The focus is on the similarity of Israel’s policies in all the territory under its control. The Prawer Plan will enable forced removals of Palestinian citizens of Israel from their traditional land in the Negev in ways that are startlingly similar to the evacuation of Area C under the military occupation.

The Prawer-Begin Plan  will result in the destruction of 35 “unrecognized” Palestinian villages in Israel, and the the mass expulsion of the Palestinian Bedouin community in the Naqab (Negev) desert in the south of Israel. Up to 70,000 Palestinian citizens of Israel face the forced displacement loss of their historical lands. Despite the community’s complete rejection of the plan and strong disapproval from the international community and human rights groups, the Prawer Plan is happening now.
